It is a complete kit rather than a part of one: eight 4K cameras, a PoE NVR, and a 4TB hard drive already fitted inside the recorder. Where the other Reolink listing in this category adds up to a recorder with no cameras in the box, this one at least keeps its headline claims consistent — the 4K in the name matches the spec table's 3840x2160 (8MP), and the 4TB in the name matches a memory storage capacity of 4TB.
The figure that does not agree with itself is the channel count. The title sells an 8CH PoE NVR; the spec table's own "Number of Channels" field says 16, and the fifth bullet backs 16 by saying the kit can expand to a 16-camera setup. There is a smaller arithmetic gap in the star breakdown, whose bars add up to 100 ratings against the 139 the listing reports.
