Best RTX 5060 Graphics Cards: 9 Ranked, £365.99 to £449.99 for 8 GB

Price is why this card leads. At £365.99 it undercuts every other card on this list, and its 197 mm, 2-slot, PCIe 5.0 x8 body draws 145 W over a single 8-pin — the same figures MSI prints for the SHADOW 2X OC at £449.99. It is an RTX 5060 for 1080p gaming first and foremost: 8 GB of GDDR7 on a 128-bit bus, a 2527 MHz GPU clock, and 4.6 from 448 ratings. For an RTX 5060 graphics card, that is the whole physical story.

Two TORX Fan 5.0 fans with paired blades sit over a heatsink with heat pipes and thermal pads, and ZERO FROZR stops them entirely below a set temperature. At 511 g and 197 mm it fits most mid-towers and many smaller cases, and MSI asks for a 550 W PSU. Outputs are three DisplayPort 2.1b and one HDMI 2.1b, rated up to 4K/480Hz. As a plain dual-fan card with no RGB and no third fan, it is built to be cheap rather than showy.

The catch is in the listing, not the card. The spec table lists memory clock speed at 286 MHz, while the same listing's own description text says 28,000 MHz. The GPU clock appears as 2527 MHz in one field and 2535 MHz in another. Meanwhile, 4% of the rating histogram is one-star. If you want a factory overclock well above 2535 MHz, or more than 8 GB of VRAM, this is not your card — no card on this list offers more than 8 GB.

Second place goes to the smallest-minded card here. ASUS sells this as SFF Ready, and at 268 x 120 mm it is the only RTX 5060 SFF graphics card on the list carrying that label. The 2.5-slot body holds three Axial-tech fans and a dual BIOS, with 2595 MHz in OC mode and 2565 MHz in default mode.

The Prime badge means fewer frills than ASUS's Dual line, but the fan design is the same idea: a smaller hub, longer blades and a barrier ring that pushes air down rather than sideways. At 630 AI TOPS it quotes the highest AI figure of the nine. By contrast with the £365.99 card below it, you are paying about £14 for a shorter PCB and a switchable BIOS.

That said, read the numbers before you buy. The spec table lists GPU clock speed at 2565 MHz — the default-mode figure — while the bullets quote 2595 MHz for OC mode. Both are ASUS's own numbers; they simply describe different modes. The memory clock field repeats 2565 MHz, which cannot be right for 28 Gbps GDDR7, and the listing gives no power draw or PSU recommendation at all.

This sits third on price alone at £374.99, but it carries the most mixed owner record of the nine: 10% of its 434 ratings are one-star. It runs 2565 MHz in OC mode and 2535 MHz in default mode, quotes 623 AI TOPS, and measures 228 x 123 mm across 2.5 slots.

Axial-tech fans plus 0dB technology mean the fans stop under light load. In practice, the 2.5-slot design is the real argument: it fits cases where a three-slot card will not, and 228 mm is 40 mm shorter than the ASUS Prime OC at 268 mm. If you are shopping on RTX 5060 8GB price alone, this sits £5 under the Prime and £9 above the MSI VENTUS.

However, three fields tell two different stories. The spec table gives a GPU clock of 2535 MHz while the bullets promise 2565 MHz in OC mode, and the memory clock field repeats 2535 MHz instead of 28,000 MHz. Buyers who care about a factory overclock should treat the OC figure as mode-dependent, not guaranteed.

This is the only card on the list whose memory clock field states 28,000 MHz — the real figure for 28 Gbps GDDR7. Everything else prints something between 286 MHz and 2535 MHz. That single correct field, plus a 2550 MHz core clock, puts it above three cheaper cards here.

The hardware is the standard RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7 formula: 8 GB on a 128-bit interface, PCIe 5.0, three DisplayPort outputs and one HDMI, WINDFORCE cooling across three fans, and a reinforced structure. At £399.95 it sits £5.36 above the PNY triple-fan card, and it is the only sheet whose numbers agree with the silicon. For an RTX 5060 graphics card, that is rarer than it should be.

Even so, 49 ratings is a thin base for a 4.5 score, and 3% of them are two-star. The listing is also light on detail: no length in millimetres, no power draw, no PSU recommendation, and the box contents field says 'Manual' and nothing else. If you want a documented 550 W requirement, the MSI cards print one; this one does not.

At 2625 MHz this is the highest GPU clock on the list — 98 MHz above the VENTUS and 75 MHz above the Gigabyte EAGLE MAX — for £13.99 more than the cheapest card. It is also the only card here that asks more power: 155 W instead of 145 W, still over one 8-pin.

The TWIN FROZR 10 cooler uses two STORMFORCE fans with seven claw-textured blades and ZERO FROZR, and the card is 248 mm long and 649 g — the longest and heaviest of the four MSI cards. Whether 98 MHz is worth £13.99 depends on your monitor and your frame target.

Meanwhile, the memory clock field says 286 MHz and the description text claims up to 2640 MHz boost with 3840 CUDA cores, against 2625 MHz in the spec table. Three clock figures, one listing. At the same time, 8% of its 112 ratings are one-star, double the VENTUS share. Skip it if you want the shortest card: 248 mm is 51 mm longer than the VENTUS.

This is the highest-rated card on the list at 4.8, and the second most expensive at £419.99. It also has the fewest ratings: 35. None of them are one-star, which is a clean sheet, but 35 votes is not the same evidence as the 434 behind the £374.99 ASUS Dual.

The clocks are the highest ASUS quotes anywhere here: 2632 MHz in OC mode and 2602 MHz in default mode, with 614 AI TOPS. The card is white, 2.5 slots, 228 x 123 mm, and uses the same Axial-tech fans and 0dB technology as the black Dual. In short, you pay about £45 over the black version for a colour and 67 MHz.

Worth noting, the spec table still lists a GPU clock of 2535 MHz and a memory clock of 2535 MHz, so the OC figure lives only in the bullets. As a result, the compatible-devices field lists 'Laptop, Desktop Computer' — wrong for a PCIe card that needs a desktop slot. Buy it for a white build. Otherwise the £374.99 black Dual is the same board in a different coat.

At £435.06 this is the second most expensive card here, and nothing on its spec sheet explains the £69.07 premium over the £365.99 VENTUS. It runs the same 8 GB of GDDR7 on a 128-bit bus and the same 145 W over one 8-pin. Its GPU clock is 2535 MHz against the VENTUS's 2527 MHz — a difference of 8 MHz. It is 7 mm longer and 18 g heavier.

The INSPIRE uses two STORMFORCE fans with seven claw-textured blades, a reinforced metal backplate and ZERO FROZR, in a 204 mm, 529 g, 2-slot body with a 550 W PSU recommendation. Connectivity is identical to the VENTUS: three DisplayPort 2.1b and one HDMI 2.1b at 4K/480Hz. The design is neater, but the specification is the same.

That said, the spec table contradicts itself twice over. Memory clock is listed as 286 MHz, and the two resolution fields give 7680 x 4320 and 3840 x 2160. An RTX 5060 graphics card running 28 Gbps memory does not have a 286 MHz memory clock in any mode. Wait for a price drop, or take the VENTUS.

This is the most expensive card on the list at £449.99 and the most reviewed, with 1,040 ratings at 4.5. On the numbers it is the same card as the £365.99 VENTUS: 197 mm, 2 slots, PCIe 5.0 x8, 145 W on one 8-pin, a 2527 MHz GPU clock, and three DisplayPort 2.1b plus HDMI 2.1b. The VENTUS weighs 511 g and the SHADOW 493 g.

Cooling is the same TORX Fan 5.0 arrangement with paired blades and ZERO FROZR, plus a flow-through backplate and a 550 W PSU recommendation. As an RTX 5060 dual fan card it is quiet and short, and it slots into the same cases as the VENTUS. The reason it ranks below cheaper cards is simple: £84 more for identical memory, bus width, length, slot count and power draw.

Crucially, the memory clock field says 286 MHz and the description says 2535 MHz, while the spec table gives 2527 MHz for the GPU. Three numbers, and none of them is 28,000 MHz. If you want 1,040 other buyers' opinions before you spend, this is your card. If you want the same hardware for £84 less, it is not.
