The same AKASO EK7000 appears twice in this list: £50.99 with 9,172 ratings, and £70.29 with 1,629 ratings. The £19.30 difference buys a 64GB microSD card and nothing more — the camera underneath is the same camera. The cheaper listing claims a "Battery Average Life: 180 minutes", while its own bullet points say each of the two included batteries records 90 minutes. That is two batteries added together, not one charge. The £70.29 listing quotes 90 minutes for the identical camera. The two listings also contradict each other on stabilisation: "No / false" on one, "Yes / Digital" on the other. Any honest ranking of the best action cameras has to start by pointing that out.

After using both of them for a few months I found the following good and bad pointsGood pointsBoth cameras were on par with recording video, audio and still photography quality. The DJI will continue to record and behave a lot better. To continue with more video footage from the GoPro, I had to switch it off and wait for it to cool down. If you're not careful and stop/shut down the camera after an hour, the video will become corrupted when exported to a PC/MAC for video editing (I use DaVinci Resolve 21).Sometimes even when conditions are good with the camera, the GoPro video footage when exported to PC/MAC will stop and crash in DaVinci when doing, say eliminating video noise and general editing. I currently own the DJI Action 5 Pro and DJI Pocket 3 and this beats them all.Now of course it is not perfect and I will give you my reasons for that. The inconsistencies are in the specification. The battery field says 180 minutes; the bullet points say each of the two batteries records 90 minutes. So 180 is the two cells added together, not a single charge. Meanwhile the stabilisation field says No / false, while the £70.29 listing of the same camera says Yes / Digital.
